Ravit Gutman

Ravit Gutman is a member of Collective 54 and the co-founder and CEO of Extropy Advisors, a finance transformation firm she founded in 2019 and has led as CEO since 2024. Extropy does purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash and finance digital transformation work with a delivery team that runs largely offshore. Ravit has developed expertise in what it actually costs to make a firm sellable, and in rebuilding an operating model and a set of books that hold up to a buyer's scrutiny. She joined Jeff Klaumann on the Pro Serv Podcast to share the hard year behind that rebuild and the pod model she used to turn her margins around.
