The next era does not run on people.

Professional services has always run on people. Add people, add revenue. Technology made those people faster, but a human still sat at every step. That is changing. AI does the work, and your people keep the judgment, the advisory, and the client relationships. Collective 54 exists to move your firm into that era.
What you get

The methodology, the technology, and the community around both.

Methodology
The mission-critical workflows for growing, scaling, and exiting a boutique professional services firm, rebuilt to be AI-Native. Not theory. The specific ways the work gets done once software does it.
Technology
Co-Founder, the AI platform that runs the methodology. Not a general-purpose AI tool pointed at your firm, but a system built on the economics of a boutique professional services firm. It does not forget, it does not skip steps, and it completes work your team used to do by hand, along with work that was never getting done at all. Every member gets it.
Community
Roughly 250 founders of boutique professional services firms, all running the same economic model. Pricing, delivery, a partner buyout, a first real exit conversation: whatever you are deciding, someone in the room has already done it and someone else is about to. You see what worked before you make a decision, and they see what worked for you.
Everything runs inside Co-Founder. We are not an integration shop and we do not rebuild the systems you already have. Co-Founder connects to your tools, and the work happens there.
how it works

Your team runs it. What they are running is a standard, not a blank page.

We start with a diagnostic.
Where your firm actually stands, measured against firms that have already made this move. That tells you which part of the methodology goes in first to have the greatest benefit to your firm.
Onboarding connects your firm.
Your data, your clients, your pipeline, alongside the tools you already use. The methodology arrives already built. You are not designing how an AI-Native firm should run.
Your team operates it against the standard.
They configure the agents and run the work. Co-Founder holds the methodology and enforces it, so the standard does not depend on who is having a good week. The capability becomes an asset of the firm. It shows up in your margins now and your valuation later.
We advise, review, and redirect.
Working sessions on what you are building, where to apply the methodology next, and what is coming. You stop guessing, and you get faster payback on everything you build.
Going further

Or we operate it for you.

Some firms would rather not spend their people on running the system. In that case Collective 54 operates Co-Founder on your behalf. Our staff deploys the agents, monitors them, and improves them. Your team handles the exceptions that need a human decision, and you remain the one who sets the standard. This is not a larger version of membership. It is a different arrangement, and it is not right for every firm. What it covers depends on how your firm runs, so we design it in conversation rather than on a page.
Pricing

One price, stated plainly.

$7,500 Initiation fee. $3,400 per month.
The initiation fee covers onboarding: a diagnostic of where your firm sits today, and the setup that makes the community and Co-Founder useful in your first week rather than your sixth month.

The monthly dues work the way membership does. You are not buying a project with an end date. You are joining a community of founders working through the same shift, and the value compounds the longer you are in it.
Membership includes up to three seats, so co-founders and key leaders can join alongside you.
If you want us operating Co-Founder for you, that is scoped separately. The team will walk you through it.
joining

Membership is by application.

Collective 54 is built for founder-led boutique professional services firms between $5M and $50M in revenue, in North America. It starts with a conversation, so we can confirm fit and agree where to begin.

If that sounds like your firm, apply. The team will take it from there.
