Jeff Pruitt

Jeff Pruitt is the Founder and CEO of Tall Wave, a customer experience design firm that helps brands increase net revenue retention through deep journey mapping and experience design. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, then served as CFO and later President of a digital marketing firm that grew from 15 people to roughly 600, before founding Tall Wave.
